<p>Compilation fails on Ubuntu, mainly because a problem of library loader.</p>
<p>On ubuntu It's necessary to add HDF5_LIB and SQLITE3 to link against executable whereas it's not on mageia.</p>
<p>On mageia, ldd libunsio.so returns all dependencies, included hdf5 and sqlite3</p>
<p>On ubuntu, ldd libunsio.so does not have dependencies on hdf5 and sqlite3, therefore all link on executables failed to resolve dependencies on hdf5 and sqlite3 because these dependencied are not explicity written in target_link lines.....</p>
