Mouse problem when maximized on Gnome 3

Description

When the ETC-42 window is maximized the mouse clicks on the menu appear like the mouse position is shifted. This behavior exists only when ETC-42 runs on Gnome 3.

This is a general problem with Swing applications and Gnome 3. I applied the same workaround used for Netbeans.
