Description

The options for the Fixed SNRs wavelength are confusing. Only the wavelength text box is necessary and the band option can be removed completely. This is because the SNR wavelength makes sense only for spectroscopy.

Removed the Band option for the fixed SNR wavelength. Now the fixed SNR wavelength is given by the user via an editable combo box. This combo box contains as reference the central wavelengths of the filter bands.
