Description
The current way of managing the datasets and the components in the database (for example deleting them) is unnecessarily complicated, while it still lucks useful functionality (like multiple delete). It would be nice to define and implement a dataset management window with advanced functionality as well as a tool for remotely importing multiple components in one step.

Two tools have been implemented for supporting the requested functionality. The "Dataset Management Tool" allows for copying the datasets between components and performing multiple deletes. Also the functionality of importing a generic dataset has been moved there. The "Component Import Tool" allows for multiple import of one or multiple components from local or remote files. This functionality will be available on 0.3.3.
