The problem was that the two dimension integration algorithm was too slow for steep functions like the De Vaucouleurs profile. I implemented a Monte Carlo integration and switched the calculator to use this method for calculating the two dimension integral of surface brightness profiles. The fix will be available on 0.4.2.
