ETC

Currently, when the user runs the ETC for the first time, the created database does not contain any concrete components. The current procedure is that one of the first steps of the user will be to run the "Component Import Tool" and import the desired configuration from the ETC data repository. The user feedback shows that this is not obvious and new users get confused before finding the import tool. A solution to this could be to run the "Component Import Tool" when the user runs the ETC for the first time, after the database is installed and before the user gets the main ETC window.
