Astrodev is a LAM-wide series of activities centred around programming, numerical methods and software development.
Its scope is to bring together people from the different groups to share expertise and discuss problems or ideas.
This wiki is the central place where to find informations on past and future events; there is also a mailing list for more direct communications: astrodev@lam.fr.
At the moment, there are three main activities:
HackingHour
a scientist-friendly tutorial (1h) / discussion (30min). Every 2 weeks, on Thursday (in English)Cesam Chat
a 15min presentation on computing techniques. Every 2 weeks (in French)Hands on Seminar
more detailed practical sessions on specific methods. Every 2 months
