Description

The default.in file is missing from the table_src folder. This breaks the compilation with "make table" as it expects a default.in file.
Also missing is default.sh, although this is not a necessary file.

This bug was producing a segmentation fault during compilation. The 2 files default.in and default.sh have been added back to the table_src directory, and a new tagged version 6.8.1 has been uploaded on the wiki page.
